Description:
This project will explore the feasibility of:
1. Adapting creative economy initiatives successful in other markets to Vineyard,
2. Branding the Vineyard as an arts and culture destination, and
3. Packaging existing and new events to promote cultural tourism, particularly in the shoulder season.
The project also will develop an appropriate business model and organizational structure to support these activities on a self-sustaining basis.
