Commission Meetings
The full Commission generally holds its regular meeting on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Other special meetings are held as required, generally on other Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are held at the Commission Offices in the Stone Building, 33 New York Avenue, Oak Bluffs, unless otherwise posted.

Executive Committee
This committee is made up of the Chair, Vice-Chair, Clerk-Treasurer, and the Chairs of the Land Use Planning Committee and Planning and Economic Development Committee.
Land Use Planning Committee (LUPC)
This committee plays a role in the review of Developments of Regional Impact. Before a public hearing is scheduled, LUPC meets applicants to ensure that the application is complete and to approve the scope of traffic studies. After the public hearing is closed, LUPC analyzes the materials provided at the public hearing and formulates recommendations for consideration by the full Commission. It meets most Mondays at 5:30 p.m.
Planning and Economic Development Committee (PED)
This committee works on ongoing planning and economic development issues.
Finance Committee
This committee meets October to January to help prepare the Commission's annual budget.
Compliance Committee
This committee reviews issues related to lack of compliance to conditions of DRI decisions and advises the Commission and staff on possible follow up.
Ad Hoc Committees
In addition, other committees are set up on an ad hoc basis to deal with special issues.
