The Martha's Vineyard Joint Transportation Committee (JTC) has released the draft Martha’s Vineyard Public Participation Plan (PPP) for public review and comment. Comments will be accepted through April 5, 2016. The purpose of the PPP is to provide basic transportation planning process information and participation opportunities for the public. The PPP is available for viewing during MVC open hours at:
